In the countryside

T Shirt - H&M
Trousers - H&M
Boots - River Island
Bag - H&M
Necklace - Vintage Find

I am currently down Cambridgeshire visiting family and this is what i wore on a day out to the local town of Ely. This is the second time of wearing these trousers i really like them, the first time i wore them was for a friends birthday meal so i was quite dolled up in heels and they looked stunning on. As i'm only going into the town i just wore a tee and some boots. Lately i have been stepping out of my comfort zone of all black outfits, these cigarette trousers are a must for everyones wardrobe, they are a  real versatile piece.

I have had a lovely time down here, i have taken lots of snaps so no doubt there will be a post on my time here :)

Jungle Fever

Top - H&M
Jacket - F&F
Shoes - Konstantine
Watch - Casio
Sunglasses - ASOS

I have had such a productive day, and i am thinking its got to be the shoes lol. I have finally found a new car after nearly 2 weeks of car sharing with the Mam. So i am a happy bunny this evening. It was a little muggy today so I'm going with a new top i purchased from H&M, you can't tell but its sleeveless (Jacket on because its still spring). This top is great because it covers my arse, so i can get away with wearing short hot pants underneath with tights. The shoes were a birthday present off my mum last year, they haven't had much use and i always wonder why because there so comfy. I hope you like the outfit, if you are on LookBook or Chictopia please show your support it would mean the world.

Birmingham Blogger Meetup | 20.04.13

Hey everyone, so i was lucky enough to be invited to the Birmingham Blogger Meet up, Its the first ever meet up i have been to, so i was super excited. It was organised by Sara from Pretty In Pink, Chloe from Unwritten Hollywood and Hayley from Strangeness & Charm. I met up with Laura on the train to  Birmingham before we met with all the girls at Starbucks. Once everyone had arrived we were give a quiz to complete before we moved onto Selfridges. At Selfridges we were supposed to of been given a fashion show for all of us bloggers but it turned out to be just a talk about the brands on the women's floor. The talk wasn't that great mainly because the women doing it never made any effort to make sure we were could all hear and it just felt a little bit impersonal. Although it was quite good to see the new ranges in selfridges, and i didn't realise they now stock Primark in there too :)

After the talk we all hit the makeup floor in Selfridges to do some shopping and browsing. We had some time to kill and get to know everyone so me and Chloe decided we would pop our Bubble Tea virginity, it was an experience and i wasn't too sure if i liked it or not. Maybe next time if i get a different flavour.

We then moved onto Bar Room Bar at the Mailbox for some talks and food. Once everyone had arrived we sat down and were given the loveliest goodie bags put together by Chloe, Sara and Hayley. We were then greeted by Shani from John Lewis who presented some goodies to be won and she also brought along the area manager from Benefit. Wendy from Benefit gave a talk about the latest raved about product 'Fake up' and to everyone's surprise she handed out Benefit goodie bags which included Fake Up concealer & They're Real mascara. Next Elijah the founder of Bohdi gave us all a talk about his latest products and we also got to sample some of the oils.

Next we all ordered food and cocktails, there was even a surprise raffle organised by Chloe, Sara and Hayley which was really nice as they made sure everyone got a prize. Carmen won the bag full of stuff from Benefit out of the raffle which was kindly given from the area manager. (I am so jealous!!!) Once we had finished the raffle and eaten some cake we set off home to catch our train.  I had an amazing day, meeting lots of lovely people which i hope to see all again very soon :) Below you can see a list of everyone who came.

I will do a more in depth post on what we all received in the goodie bag, expect lots of reviews!!

The New Icons

Top - H&M
Jeans - Leigh from Topshop
Shoes - Primark
Bracelets - ASOS
Watch - Casio
Necklacce - Vintage Find

Hi everyone, so this is what i wore to the Birmingham Blogger Meet Up you can find more about it on twitter @brumbloggermeet or #brumbloggermeet. I had such a wonderful time there and although i went along only knowing a few people, everyone was really welcoming and lovely. There will be a separate post up of what happened on the day with lots of photos ov' course.

If you hadn't already noticed on the images above i decided i wanted my hair a lighter shade, so i brought a blonde hair dye and left it on for around 40 mins. I am really impressed with the shade that my hair turned out to be alright it can look brassy and ginger in some lights. I am thinking of getting the same blonde dye and seeing how light i can get my hair without having to go to a salon. What do you think about my hair?

I hope you all have a good weekend, and i can't wait to show you what i got up to at the Birmingham blogger meet up :). Leigh xo

Lumberjack

Shirt - Ebay
Shorts - Topshop
Shoes - River Island
Watch - Ebay
Glasses - Primark
Earrings - Primark

Apologies for the lack of posts, I am trying my best to juggle everything and with my final year of uni coming to the end, unfortunately that is the priority. How is everyone?

I am still in love with my mens flannel shirt it goes with everything. Today i wanted to be comfortable so i put my shorts on and then this shirt, although you can't see the shorts because they are black i promise they are there. (although i think i got quite a few funny looks) I don't care i am comfortable. I recently picked up these sunglasses from Primark they were £2.50 and although it is yet another tortoise shell frame, i love love love the shape of them and the gold detailing. I don't even believe they look like anything i would ever buy in Primark, sometimes you come along these little treasures lurking in the store, its nice to actually buy something i adore that way i know i will keep them in tip top shape.
